Solve : Problem w/ Outlook...?

I'm new to this forum, and could use a LITTLE help. I just set up an OUTLOOK account, and when I HIT the Send/Receive button, I get messages, but what I want to send stays in the out box. I have Vista and Outlook 2007
Any ideas?

I'm not an expert with Outlook Express, but that's normal.

Does the person you're SENDING it to receive the email?Check the Server settings...your ISP will provide them
POP = Incoming
SMTP =OUTGOING...
