dear sirs, I have a program that no longer works, I have TRIED to get it fixed by the maker but they think it is a microsoft error that needs to be addressed,
ANYWAY here is the error: C:\users\myname\local\temp\ WER2F1B.tmp.WERInternalmetadata.xml
and C:\users\myname\local\temp\WER4D85.tmp.appcompat.txt
and C:\users\WER4FA8.tmp.mdmp
any help with this would be appriciated
I would like to note win 7 64  bit system sorry I forgot thatWhat you posted is not in and of itself an error message. What is the program and EXACTLY what happens when you try to run it? Also, did it ever work and if so what is NEW or different since the last time it did?the program is tuneup utilities 2011, it did work and worked fine ,then it didn't, there was a part of it that would not load and when it did load it was very slow, and not all parts of the program worked, I had uninstalled it reinstalled it same problem then there was this error message? or I thought it was and submitted it to them and they told me it was a microsoft error message Quote from: rece on January 27, 2011, 11:27:21 AM
