Answer» My laptop pc has developed a black band on the rh side of the screen and a thinner grey band along the bottom with verticle LINES in it.Have tried STARTING pc at an earlier time when ok but it MADE no difference.As a newcomer to pc,s am at a loss as to what to do next,any ideas wuld be appreciated. Pescado. Boot to safe mode. Same problem? If so it's a hardware ISSUE and you MIGHT want to contact the manufcturer. |
