Answer» I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN ARCSOFT 35MM SCANNER. FIRST TIME USING WAS GREAT AND SCANNED ABOUT 50 SLIDES . HOWEVER THE NEXT TIME I CAME TO USE IT PC TOLD ME IT DID NOT RECOGNISE THE SCANNER. PLEASE HELP.please turn of your caps lock capitals are considered SHOUTING Did anything unusual happen between the first time you used it and the the second time when it didn't WORK (new hw, sw, error, virus, etc)?Thank you for replying. I have been in touch with SUPPLIERS technical team and they think faulty chip . they will replace scanner for me. Hopefully wont have same problem. |
