hello.

lately, i've been having TROUBLE ACCESSING "secure" pages on the internet. like the websites that are highlighted in yellow because you transfer important information through it. i've been trying to get onto the DMV website but it won't let me. i don't know if it's my computer or what. i was WONDERING if SOMEONE could help me out. thanks in advance.Please read my response to this topic.
