Answer» I just got a used laptop recently. when i start the COMPUTER up the OLD users account still shows up but it doesn't show up in the user accounts in the control panel. is it possible that there's a hidden account? if so, how do i delete it? Is your account an ADMINISTRATOR account?yesSorry I FORGOT to ask, which version of win7 is this? If it's business or ultimate then you MAY be able to remove the account through computer management.
