Just INSTALL it to the large PARTITION.  There are many partition managers out there, but I prefer Partition Magic.
Just don't repartition it all when Windows is INSTALLED.  Delete the small partition and then resize the main partition to include that space.Use a THIRD party wiping solution and fix it. Quote

Yes, a LINUX boot disk should certainly do it.
