Answer» When using IE8 to open files stored on my computer, multiple windows open and close repeatedly. What could be the PROBLEM?What type files are you trying to open with IE?Downloaded ebooksWhat file format are they? Are they SUPPOSED to be opened in IE?Was previously able to open them with IE8. May have downloaded something that CAUSED the problems but have since run anti MALWARE and regisrty clening programs that corrected all other problems except this one.Okay, you should have started off with that information. Go to the malware section of this forum and follow the instructions in the announcement at the top of that page to make sure your system is indeed free of malware. |
