Answer» Hi! I have a fairly new, one-year old laptop. Well, I'm having an issue with it. Currently it's running on Windows VISTA, and I installed Norton 360 about 2 weeks ago. Lately, meaning yesterday, I STARTED it up, and after I got logged in, a BUNCH of programs stopped working, and closed. Even Microsoft programs. My Norton had 6 things turned off, and I could net get them restarted. I tryed getting into programs, IE would close the second it got to home. My toolbars have stopped working, everything. I don't think it is a virus, since today everything on Norton was back to normal, and I did a full system scan.
