I am not very computer savvy but have tried following the instructions to gain the three logs for removing MALWARE. (If that is the problem, I don't really know?)
My problem is that when I am playing a game on my computer, any game, it will close down every so often to the desktop. This can be 3-4 TIMES an hour or more or less, it's not consistent. Most of the games aren't affected by this and carry on playing fine once MAXIMISED but the odd game doesn't recover. So it varies from mildly annoying to extremely so.
I did try using the self help process but I don't understand the results enough to know what to remove and what to keep. Please help?

please let me know if I need to do anything else
