Answer» On a Windows XP pc with service pk2, there are many programs which are installed in control panel, but they do not SHOW up under the start button/programs list. How do you make all installed programs show in the programs list?if you GO to the BOTTOM of the all programs menu there should be a ARROW to allow you to continue VIEWING whats in the menu or it will be on the top It is not that the window is not showing what is there, there is nothing listed in the programs list. If I go to control panel and add/remove programs, all of the programs are installed. They just do not show up in the programs list or under the start menu/ programs list. The files show under C;\program files, but these are not the .exe files for starting the programs.when did this start??Some things, such as certain installed device drivers, may appear in Add or Remove Programs but not in your Programs list. For example, my Add or Remove Programs panel shows NVIDIA Drivers but that is not on the Programs list because it not really a "program". Can you give one or more examples from your system?
