My computer is runnung very slow as the memory is being sapped up by open programs that open automatically even after restart
I also have NOrton Antivirus
I am not sure what some of the programs are

Does anyone know how to get these to STOP opening and/or are there some programs that are needed.
I know that they are draining my memory and some MAY be games may be from games downloaded
