Solve : programs won't open? |

Answer» ok so my problems is, that some programs will quickly open then close within a SECOND they just wont stay opened so far it wont open norton 360 and power options any 1 know how to fix this? I FIRST noticed it when i tried INSTALLING norton 360 but now that i've uninstalled it i still cant open power options i was using avg as my OLD anti VIRUS before. |
