S.Q.It's some sort of photoshop programme.. what is the problem exactly. It can't be that hard to uninstall in your control panel. Is it causing a problem?This is a HP software number. Probably an out of DATE driver for your HP printer. If you upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista the HP printer software is not compatable with the newer Windows 7. How to fix it. Go to the HP site. Open the "drivers" page. Enter your printer model number (C8100). SELECT from the drop down your Operating System (Windows 7) Follow the instructions to download the new software from the HP site. It may take an hour to download. Then another half hour to boot up the new program. Plan up to 2 hours to fix this. Or, You can purchase the new driver on disc from HP for 10 dollars and have the disc in a few days.
