Answer» for me the red flag was the FACT that there is no memcp32.cpl32, and additionally I would wonder aloud how not loading a CONTROL panel file would somehow improve RAM usage. mayu as well say, "here download my special program and put it in the run KEY but then change permissions so you can't access the key then reboot OH btw I dunno if this will work.Some RIGHT little jerks have been posting lately.
