1.	Solve : Randomly Getting Denied Access to a certain file in my downloads folder?
Answer» Ok I don't understand but I was deleting files in my downloads folder when I wanted to delete a MP3 File then it said Only ADMINISTRATORS can make change this file I FIXED it but MAY I ask why that happened?!??!Were you on as ADMINISTRATOR when this popped up or as a user with lesser privileges? What was the FIX?
