Answer» I am trying to troubleshoot a problem with Internet Explorer 8 in Windows 7. All the errors I am getting RELATE to RASAPI32.DLL which APPEARS to be the Remote Access API. My question is what is this and how does windows use it in relation to the Internet Explorer. Does it relate to wireless networks Can THIRD party firewalls like Nortons 360 cause problems with the API.
