Solve : Re: Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) keeps happening and I don't know why...?

Answer»

I'm new and I don't know what to do...Anyways I am having the same issue with the BSOD. Here is a short memo on what is going on with my desktop.Ok, I need help in a bad way. Here is what is going on with my desktop computer. This morning when I went to power it on it took me directly to the screen where it gives you the option to launch startup repair or start windows normally, well when I tried to launch startup repair the blue screen of death appears with two different messages each time I tried this option, first error is Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_area and the second time this error popped up DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL so I TRY and reboot and once again it takes me back to the first screen so I try start windows normally and the computer reboots and it takes me directly back to this screen again, I have tried safe mode and even to restore computer from last none config and nothing happens but it takes me back to the page where it gives me the option to either start normally or to repair. I have even tried to insert the start up disk that came with my computer and it doesn't even read the disk. I am running out of ideas and I need help, please...I don't know what else to try. Thanks in advance for any help with this matter...Basically my computer won't let me do anything, command prompt or nothing...

idk  i have been dealing with the same problem.  the more repairs and  restore to previous state i made the worse it got.  out of sheer desperation i hooked a second hard drive in unisone  and viola problem solved.
idk  you tell me as long as it works  3rd times a charm.  i HOPE it lasts cause this is irritating  ha ha
i was told there were many errors in debug and was shown  and told it would keep getting worse, it would only cost me $99  no thank you.  i've  done surface scans on hard drive, reg repair, clean up, house cleaning of junk.
can't tell what is the ultimate solution . i've done 2 re installs guess it's a windows flaw  oh well- just live with it.
hope this helps you   Good evening newbie2471 and WELCOME to CH

Well in order to help you some information is needed.

What OS (operating system XP /  Vista / Windows 7) and what bit version 32 bit or 64?

What model PC (i.e Dell C521 / DV9317CL) or is it a custom PC and if so what model is the motherboard etc

From what you put in your post you cant not even get into safe mode, if so what is the error code  (i.e 0x00000D1) etc this is the first group of the error code that is displayed when you get the BSOD.

Is there any new hardware / software

Is there any USB devices plugged into the PC like external Harddrive, USB multi port hub etc. If so please remove them besides the keyboard and mouse

Has your AV suite picked anything up lately?

Your PC MAY not read the repair disk that came with your PC because it is not listed as first boot device in the BIOS.

Please let us know so we can help you further, Mike
