Answer» My Compac Presario with 736 MB Ram, & Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition version 2002 with SERVICE pack 2 has frozen up on me. Because, I accidentally hit yes instead of cancel on a pop up that warned me that some running drivers may be affected. This was late at night when I was completeing a project. I am not able to access System Restore or Help & Support or Search. I went into System Configuration Utility & the only two were running (1. Nvidia Driver Helper, 2. Plug & Play) all others are STOPPED. The pop up that I continue to get is CPQEADM that my Easy Access Button is no longer PROPERLY working. So, how can this problem be resolved??? Thanks, Slopok Im confused here. Your CPQEADM THING isnt working, or you just cant use your computer at all, or what?The CPQ thingy is the keyboard software for that Compaq...Oh, makes since now. Cant you just use your MOUSE to reinstall the drivers? Theres an on-screen keyboard too. |
