Answer» hey i ran the DIAL a fix and i get error 127 qmgr.dll is corrupted or unregisterable . I recently formated and downloaded sp1 from www.filewatch.com was unable to find it anywere file is xpsp1a_en_x86.exe maybe its corrupted the updates that fail are Update for Background INTELLIGENT Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WINHTTP 5.1 (KB842773) WinHTTP 5.1 (KB842773)The FIRST spot you posted was correct...keeping all in one Topic until SOLVED makes it the easiest....
