Answer» I use a wireless network adapter, and I am getting pings of over 500, sometimes accompanied with packet loss. Ill boot into vista in a couple of minutes to see if its the same there, but it isnt like that on other computers on my network (on my pc the LOCAL ping is about 400, on my MAC its 0)Im on vista now and ping is normal (like 20 on external server). and I forgot to SAY what hardware it was. the network card is a Sweex LW053 and I use 64 bit windows 7 and 32 bit windows vistagreat, I modified my network settings, and now the local ping is 0, but now the external ping is high on all my computers, changing it back doesn't work eitherHave you tried updating the drivers for your wireless adapter in Windows 7?
