I have an Onboard Sound with Realteck how do I get it to place a icon in the Systen try?

I have Realtek on my LAPTOP so this is based on my software.
If go to the Control Panel (classic view) and FIND a shortcut called Realtek HD Sound Effects Manager.
When you enter it, you should see ANOTHER window come up. Look for this at the bottom:
