Answer» I found SIMILAR problems in this forum, but none that match mine. I hope someone can help. I have a Toshiba Satellite A205 Laptop with Vista. I have began experiencing a frustrating problem. If I am watching a video online or running an extensive COMPUTER scan, my computer shuts down. When I power back on, for example, I have yahoo mail set to remember me for 2 weeks. I have to sign in to that page or any other login page all over again. A few times, it would not even turn back on. It would start to come on and SHUT down. o The fan seems to be running ok and can't understand how that would affect the glitch of not remembering my cookies. Any advice? I have run virus and REGISTRY scans and don't seem to find anything out of the ordinary. Please, post some computer info: - processor type, amount of RAM (hold Windows logo key, hit Pause/Break key) - hard drive size/free space (open "My Computer", right click on hard drive letter, click "Properties") - security PROGRAMS in use (antivirus, firewall)

What processor is it? When you watch the movie do those temps stay in 80C range, or they keep raising?
