Solve : Reboot Repair problem with HP Pavilion DV6000? |
|
Answer» The computer is an HP Pavilion DV6000, a solid decently priced laptop computer. Nowadays when I start it up after shutting down the normal menu shutdown way, it will automatically into repair mode, which takes several MINUTES, giving the reason that I didn't shut it down properly. I did, so is there some other EXPLANATION? A virus? Or is there a command I can give it or a button to make it stop? Because it slows down the PROCESS, it doesn't seem to do anything else Still under warranty? No it isn't, and anyway, I was hoping for a practical solution, but thanx anyway. Is this XP ? ? If so do you have your XP CD ? ? |
