Answer» running xp pack 3 beep on soyo dragon mb amd ATHLON tm xp 2000+ beeps on power up and random power failour and sometimes CPU runs at half speed need good place to start and what about some of these system clean up like PC tools etc.I think the Soyo Dragon motherboards USE the AWARD or AMI BIOS'. Memory bad or out of place.
