Bought Packard Bell computer second hand with Vista Home Premium pre-installed. No recovery discs came with it. (OEM). When I try to MAKE these discs, Vista says they have already been created. I understand that the recovery files are on a hidden parttion  . Can anyone tell me how I can access these files so that I can make the discs.? Just go to support, put the Serial number or choose your computer model and then go to downloads...
