Answer» I just upgraded from Vista Home Basic to Vista ULTIMATE. My Recycle Bin has disappeared from my desktop. Anyone know how I get it back? All other desktop icons are still there. right click on desktop and you should SEE a menu. click on personalize. after that you should be taken to another SCREEN. on the left top corner... click on "change desktop icons" check mark the recycle bin and hit ok.
