I have a toshiba laptop and have tried to reformat it. It looks like it is doing it coping FILES ect but when it ENTERS 'the windows will now start' PART it goes back to the BEGINNING. what do I do??More info on my reformatting PROBLEM. I am now getting a message telling me that File\1386\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded Error code is 7 How do I fix this?What version of Windows?Please try to stick to one thread per topic.
