Answer» When I attempt to reformat my computer, we reach what should be the partitions screen, but INSTEAD of listing all the partitions, we get the error message "unknown disk. there is no disk in the drive". Is this a problem with the HARDWARE's ability to detect the HARD disks? Or is this a problem with a required DRIVER? Our CISNET computer motherboard model is A8R-MX, and our processor is AMD Athlon 64 processor 3700+. Please help!Which Os is it? and is it the first TIME you are formatting it?The current OS, as well as the OS we are attempting to reformat it with, is Windows XP Professional. We have reformatted with the same OS, same disk, on this computer, and there had been no problems.
