Answer» Hi all i have an Acer Aspire T135 and i got backup DISKS with the computer i was wondering if i ran the back up disk and got rid of all the junk on my hard drive would it get rid of my os PLEASE help me thanks in advanceYes. The restore CD wipes all the info and takes the machine back to Day One status... Any Programs and data you have on there INSTALLED after it was new will be gone.ok but what if my computer came with the os ALREADY would it reinstall it or would i have to go out and buy a new one? thanks for the replyIf it shipped with the OS and not a CD then check your owners manual on how to retrieve it from it's hidden partition...ok thank you will do and i will get back to you when i find out The instructions may also be on the manuf. website in the Support SECTION.
