hello friends,

      When i start my system it just showing "error UNABLE to start: lsass.exe".... is there any possibility to work system properly without reinstalling OS.....  Try a COLD BOOT - shut down the computer, wait 15 seconds, power on.

Have your Windows CD ready for procedures below.

1) Start>Run, type in sfc /scannow, enter. The Windows System File Checker will check the integrity of necessary system files.

If no boot,
2) Try a Repair install of XP: http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm
