Answer» I will soon be changing my MB & Processor. (upgrading) and was WONDERING if there is an easy way to KEEP all the registered software that I have now so that I don't have to reload it all and find (and punch in) the registration keys as I am also going to have the shop do a CLEAN install of XP. Are the keys hidden anywhere that I could copy & paste them back in later if I were to save them to an external harddrive or one of my other drives that won't be changed or altered? Windows XP SP3 Thanks.there are SEVERAL programs that can be used to RETRIEVE keys. One of which is called RockXP. http://www.snapfiles.com/get/rockxp.html I don't know if it will cover all the applications your looking to retrieve keys for, but it can grab the windows key, Office keys, and the keys of several microsoft products.
