Answer» Ok im guessign thisis a messup in the registry but when ever i click my C:\ drive icon it sends me to search and none of the icon in my start panel work :/ Any help with this? rabbbit...... It happened by me changing the icon of the drive though "Tools --> Folder Options". This happened before and it was a mess-up in the registry but i forgot how i fixed it. Also when i right click on the drive Search is in bold and it should normally be "Explore" or "OPEN"Try Registry check and PC repair Check Yeah you might be right you have delete the C registry some how Did you try to change the folder to a DIFFERENT picture and some how and it stop letting you exporing the C drive? Mayby you stop peventing this to happen follow and trace you step back and change the folderoption back to normallHave you tried booting to safe mode and choosing 'Last known good configuration'?Maybe i can just add a new Action to it to open it but i domnt know what to put in for " Application used to perform this action"Try using TweakUI's repair icons facility. You could also try running [highlight]sfc /scannow[/highlight] if you have an XP CD. Have you done an on-line anti-virus scan?So just make the explore thing as bold which is the default one. |
