Answer» Normally my brother would reinstall my operating system for me and friends I NEVER paid close attention on how he did it, I did notice he seemed to boot into safe mode first when doing our machines. I am going to reinstall a FRIEND of mines OP WIN XP home I have everything he want's to keep BACKED up, I beleive I can just put his install cd in the drive and go from there and no safe mode needed.
