Am TRYING to RESET the SCREEN resolution and color quality through Control Panel>Display>Settings but it always reverts to 640 by 480 with color quality lowest 4-bit whilst I want 600 by 800 with color quality highest 32-bit. Apply and OK are being clicked. Any ideas of how I can solve this please?

At any rate re-install your video drivers and test it...Sorry for OMISSION, it's onboard video and DXDIAG shows that the "Main Driver" is igxprd32.dll, how can I reinstall that?

If you don't have it travel to the board manuf. website and search your model #...Driver re-installed but not much difference, now when I click on Apply the resolution reverts to 640 by 480 before clicking OK.
