Answer» Hello long LOST forum. Iam so glad I remembered my password and here I am again ASKING help!! I was trying to help my sister with a computer problem she has been having, and I thought *DUH* that if she reset her DSL Modem she could probably get BACK on line. After all, it works for me with my zyxel!!.......well come to find out she has a WIRELESS QWest actiontec and it doesn't work the same as mine. NOW she can't get her DSL back on. Is there anyone that can walk me through it so I can be in good graces with my dear sis again?? |
