Solve : Resetting Admin Password? |

Answer» I've been trying to RESET the admin password on this windows vista computer and I can't. What I have done is boot from the recovery disk and typed in command prompt to bring up command prompt when i start windows normally when I click "Ease of access" from the LOGIN screen. But when I type in "NET user "Tracy&Greg" password1" it says the user could not be found. I'm not sure why it's doing this but i NEED to change the password because the person I'm fixing the computer for doesn't REMEMBER the password for her admin account. Anybody have any answers to this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
