On my Windows Live HOTMAIL main page and in the top right hand corner where
the account holder's name is PLACED as well as the "Log Out" button,only a
few letters of the account name are actually visible on the screen whilst the
"Log Out" button does not show at all!
How do I go about getting the whole of the account name as well as the
"Log Out" button to APPEAR ON THE SCREEN!?

This is just a gente reminder that using CAPITAL letters = shouting at other members.Problem solved!
It was the Reading Pane Settings in Windows Live Hotmail that was causing
the problem.
