Solve : Restore cd on Usb key? |

Answer» I have a dell laptop with a non functional Cd drive. I have the dell restore cd which essentially justs deletes the current partition and reinstalls windows. Now the cd wont run off an external drive so i cant restore my system via that way. I was wondering if i could take the cd files and place them on a usb key so then i could run it off the usb key and not the cd?You could try it but i KNOW that lot's of OEM restore CD's require to be booted to function. |
