Answer» my compaq armada e500 has black screen saying RESTORING hibernated state ABORT = ctrl+alt+del i do this and nothing, none of the f keys are responding, i cant even run a DISK because i have to click run, but i obviously cant boot to do that any suggestions pleaseCan u start in safe mode? Reboot press F8, select Safe Mode. Once in Safe mode, GO Control PANEL>Power Options>Hibernate Tab and uncheck hibernated option. Also u could CHANGE some more setting to your liking.
