Hi everyone!

I use Windows XP Home Edition SP2.
Is it possible to restrict users to certain applications?

I have a backup account on my computer so if ONE of the computers in my house stops working, the person using that computer can log on to mine and use my computer until the PROBLEM is solved, and I don't want any "funny stuff" on my computer.
