Hello on some of my applications i GET this error saying

Run-time error '339':

Component 'RICHTX32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not CORRECTLY registered: a file is missing or invalid

i downloaded the file and put it in my system dir and tried registerin, it GIVES me another error. I really need these applications i would appreaciate it if SOMEONE CAME up with a solutioncan any1 help meStart-->Run.  Enter "regsvr32 richtx32.ocx".  Press OK.
