Hi, how are you?
I have a problem with regard to DESKTOP right-click menu; somehoww, the menu functions (such as Delete or Rename) react very slow, sometimes, it TAKES about 30 seconds to finish the job.
My system is Windowws 98SE. If anyone can help, please do so.I am fine thank you.

speed of such operations depend on such THINGS as

number of items HIGHLIGHTED. One=quick, five hundred=slow.
other simultaneous disk activity
Disk fragmentation
amount of disk free space.
amount of free memory
