Solve : Right-side scroll bar is missing when pages load.?

Answer»

I have been noticing lately, that when a web page loads onto the screen, the right-side scroll bar is usually missing on the web page. I always have to HIT the "FULL Screen" button to get the scroll bar to come up. Is there anyway to remedy this? I have already went to Internet options and made sure the "use smooth scrolling" box is checked. I even checked the VIEW button, but there is nothing there to change the settings. What is the browser involved? What is your operating system? Not knowing the answer to those questions it becomes a guess. If it is Firefox as a browser TRY selecting "defaults' . If it is IE try running in "no add ons " mode. truenorthI find that some of my customers have their screen RESOLUTION set really low, so that they can read the names under the Desktop icons easier. Setting the font to 10 point usually makes things a lot easier to read, without having to use a real low screen res.

So I'm just curious, 'what is your screen resolution now?'
Most web pages are being designed for the newer monitors with pretty high resolution and won't display properly on a screen set to 800x600, for instance.

I really hate having to use the L-R scrollbar to see an entire web page.
