Solve : Road Runner connection is down? |

Answer» Who's gonna get me outta this? My Road Runner service went out a couple of days ago. RR support told me (after about an hour) it was an HP problem. ( I have an old HP PAVILLION 6545C) I called them up and got cut off twice! I got as far as identifying (maybe) the problem. When I went into control panel to systems to hardware to device manager, I saw that "other devices" was highlighted yellow with a question mark. ? Also, just under that, were "ports" also with a ? and communications port 2 yellow with an ! Can someone help me get my internet back on or do I have to do BATTLE with New Delhi? Thanks a MILLION!Operating system? |
