Answer» I have had to recylce an old Compaq Presario with Windows 98. All I'm trying to do is copy an excel file to a floppy and I keep GETTING the FOLLOWING error. "You do not have acces to the folder 'A:\'. See your administrator for access to this folder." I have TRIED Start-Settings-Control Panel-Network, then allowing access to FILES, but that doesn't work.
