All of a sudden I am getting a menu when I start up that says "Run As" Which account do you WANT to use to run the program?  I have never seen this before how do I go about getting RID of it? Thank you.Do you suspect it is a deceptive kind of virus infection?

Here is WHY  I say ghat.
1 ) I have never see it on this forum.
2 ) About two years ago some others reported it as a Trojan.Thans you for the reply, I will run a scan to see if that is what it is, I will let you know if it is or not.I ran a scan and although there were a couple of issues and they were deleted it did not STOP the "Run As" menu.  Not sure where to go from here. •   Extract it to Desktop and double click SREngLdr.EXE to run it
  
•   Select System Repair from the left pane.
  
• Click on File  Association
  
• Select all entries that has an Error  status click [Repair]
  
• Refer to this image for an  example:

•   In your CASE, it would be .EXE
  
• Close SREng now.
