Solve : scan disk/defragment problem? |

Answer» I have windows 98. Degragment and scandisk restart at 1%. I have run in safe mode w/just explorer running and it doesnt help. Virus scan comes CLEAN also. I have also NOTICED that NETSCAPE prompts me to sign on automatically and I get a work offline prompt often also, it MIGHT be related. Any suggestions will help...thank you. |
