Answer» some times my laptop screen will be cover with something elastic. I've noticed this kind THINGS for about four time, however one FUNNY THING about it is that, whenever this happen if I just touch / press the screen, it will be normal again. Please what COULD this be?Perhaps you have a screen protector over your monitor? Pressing on any air bubbles may take them away for a time. If there is a film you can peel off, it won't hurt ANYTHING to do so, and you'll fix the problem.
