Answer» I am facing the issue related to operating system loading at start up with black SCREEN for 3-4 minutes. The problem is that when i log in on window, screen goes black for 3-4 minutes and after that desktop icon and wallpapers appears. everything is fine when window loads there is no issue in performance. I always run task and tune up my computer by running the programes like ccleaner, malawarebyte, adw ware, etc. and also use cmd msconfig for SELECTIVE startup. i have also run the cmd sfc / scannow and found no issue my system is up to date and i have installed norton antivirus. here is DETAILS of my system-- Operating System Windows 7 Home Basic (x64) Service Pack 1 (build 7601) Install Language: English (United States) Installed: 13-08-2013 PM 09:11:23 Boot Mode: Legacy BIOS in UEFI (Secure Boot not supported) Enclosure Type: Notebook Processor a Main Circuit Board b 2.40 gigahertz Intel Core i3-3110M 64 kilobyte primary memory cache 256 kilobyte secondary memory cache 3072 kilobyte tertiary memory cache 64-bit ready Multi-core (2 total) Hyper-threaded (4 total) BUS Clock: 100 megahertz UEFI: Insyde F.22 11/22/2012 Drives Memory Modules c,d 499.79 Gigabytes Usable Hard Drive Capacity 124.44 Gigabytes Hard Drive Free Space Intel(R) 7 Series Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 [Display adapter] LogMeIn Mirror Driver [Display adapter] Generic PnP Monitor (15.3"vis) Bus Adapters Multimedia Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1E26 Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1E2D Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Intel(R) USB 3.0 Root Hub Mobile Broadband Controller Bluetooth Hands-free Audio CyberLink WebCam Virtual Driver IDT High Definition Audio CODEC Intel(R) Display Audio Virus Protection [Back to Top] Group Policies Norton AntiVirus Version 21.1.0.18 I have also checked Event viewer in window log file the following error is notified--- 1. Thanks... 1) Run full scans with BOTH your anti virus app and with MalwareBytes 2) Run sfc /scannow (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html) 3) Reboot. Does the problem still occur? If so, boot to safe mode. Does it load normally? If so, we will move on to a selective startup. If not, we need to keep troubleshooting. |
